New Tenants
are given a walk-in evaluation of the property to assess the move-in condition
of the property. A walk-out inspection is performed at the conclusion of a
tenants lease to assess the move-out condition of the property. Any damages
caused by the tenant will be deducted from the tenants security deposit.
Our
services include processing tenant payments and sending checks directly to
owners on a timely basis We will also produce monthly statements to owners
itemizing rents collected as well as costs and receipts for any maintenance
services provided. Annual tax statements (1099 Form) are included as part of
our services as well.
We use
qualified and experienced maintenance personnel that are ready to quickly
resolve any maintenance related issue that may arise with your property. Our
maintenance rates are reasonable and we do not profit from any work done to
your property. It is our policy to contact the property owner for approval of
any maintenance work exceeding $200 per occurrence.
